Banana Milk (an easy and healthy drink!)

This recipe is so easy, all it takes is a few things thrown in a blender and poured into a tall glass. Depending on the ingredients you use, this can be as little or as many weight watchers points as you want.

You’ll need:

  • One banana (ripe is best)
  • 1 c milk of choice (I use skim dairy milk, but any non-dairy milk works just as well!)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (This is optional, depending on the ripeness of your banana and how sweet you want your drink to be. Granulated sugar, stevia, Splenda, maple syrup, and honey all work really well!)

I’m not sure what else to say other than throw it all together in a blender and purée it. Fill up a glass and enjoy!
